How to Stay Safe
- Verify all links come from solana.az or our official channels
- Double-check URLs before connecting wallets
- Use a burner wallet for testing new dApps
- Ask in our public Telegram if something seems off
- Report any suspicious DMs to organizers immediately
Common Scams to Avoid
🎭 Fake Support
"Solana Support" DMs you saying your wallet is compromised. They ask you to enter your seed phrase to "verify" your account.
There is no official Solana Support team that DMs users.
🎁 Fake Airdrops
You receive a "free airdrop" notification asking you to connect your wallet to claim tokens.
Real airdrops don't require wallet connections to random sites.
💰 Investment Schemes
Someone promises guaranteed returns or asks you to send SOL to receive more back.
If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
🔗 Phishing Links
Links that look like legitimate sites but have slightly misspelled URLs (so1ana.com, soIana.com).
Always verify URLs character by character.
